5 Steps To Sell Your Property

  1. Build the buyers list – using Facebook ads, newspaper classifieds, etc.
  2. Stage the house. Kitchens and bathrooms are what sell a house, so focus there. Cookies don’t hurt, either!
  3. Promote the “event”! Create a short notice, 3 days prior to the open event. Use for contact services.
  4. Create an open house frenzy. Create a 1 hour Open House. It’s important to hold the event to one hour, to create a sense of urgency.
  5. Rinse and repeat!
