Lightning Round

What was your biggest hurdle getting started in real estate investing, and how did you overcome it?

Confidence. Confidence came from competence. Rod learned everything he could about real estate when first starting out. The competence eventually turns into intuition.

Don’t be a dabbler. Dive deep into the business.

Do you have a personal habit that contributes to your success?

Plan my day out every night before I go to bed.

Plan my week every Sunday afternoon.

Celebrate the past week’s successes.

Morning ritual (5 min) – think of what I’m grateful for, then think about what I want (goals) as if I already have them, and words of affirmation.
